Voting Question: want know the name of a 80´s teen movie where a child decide to scape at night, go by bic and friends look for?

I would to know the name of a movie which i just remember a scene: a little child decide to scape from the house at night because need to solve a problem (or is angry with someone), and go by bicycle. A group of kids an teens together then go and look for the child that decided to scape, i don´t remember the rest or what was the movie about, i was around 5 or 6 years old when i saw it, but in those days were famous too splash, big, midnight madness, date with an angel,a fighting choise etc, i´m almost sure it´s a disney movie but i´ve tried to find the title in "the disney sunday movie", and i can´t find it!!! it´s not the goonies, neither the BRAT patrol.
